The packaging sheet has first, second and third regions (5), (6) and (7) divided by a pair of first fold lines (17). The pad main body has second fold lines (18) extending in a longitudinal direction (X), both lateral regions (14) spaced from and facing each other in the longitudinal direction, a central region (15) defined between both the lateral regions, a first layer (16A) and a second layer (16B). After the second layer has be folded back along the second fold lines onto the first layer along the second fold lines, the first, second and third regions may be folded back one on another to fold back both the lateral region onto the central region.
