A haptic part includes coplanar contact elements (33) supported on an equatorial diameter (40) of the crystalline bag. The haptic part includes elastically deformable connection arms (35) that connect the contact elements to the optical part. A plating unit (51) plates an anterior capsule (47) of the crystalline bag. The plating unit maintains the anterior and posterior capsules in a remote manner.
