The handle (10) has an adjustable handle length limiter (11) for adjusting length of the handle for different hand widths. The handle length limiter is arranged along longitudinal direction of a rigid gripping part (12) and continuously and/or intermittently adjustable and/or positionable by an adjusting mechanism (16), where the handle length limiter is in U-shape. The gripping part includes a hand gripping surface side (13) for partially applying a palm, and a finger gripping surface (14) for partially applying finger inner surfaces. The adjusting mechanism is designed as a displacement mechanism and/or a pivoting mechanism.
