PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detection apparatus capable of shifting to an imaging mode at an appropriate timing even if repeatedly executing a reset operation emitting surplus charges.
SOLUTION: When no radiation is irradiated, this radiation image detection apparatus repeats the reset operation emitting charges, which are read by turning on/off a TFT 36 at one line unit, from a charge voltage transducer 48 by one frame, when the reset operation of one frame is finished, determines whether an imaging request signal is received or not by referring to a command register of a control section 54, when no imaging request signal is received, repeats the reset operation, when the imaging request signal is received, stops the reset operation to shift to the imaging mode and also transmit an irradiation signal for irradiating the radiation from a radiation source, to a system controller 18.
