The invention relates to substituted 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridines of formula (I), their use as medicament, and pharmaceutical preparations comprising them. The compounds of formula (I) act on the TASK-1 potassium channel.
