The present disclosure provides a flow therapy device, which may implement one or more closed loop control systems to control the gas flow rate of the flow therapy device. The flow therapy device can monitor the patient's blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and control the fraction of oxygen (FdO2) delivered to the patient.
