A floating type water pond culture device provided with heating and oxygenation is disclosed, which comprises a floating platform, a heating device disposed on the floating platform, an oxygenation device disposed on the floating platform, a moving device disposed on the floating platform, and a power source device disposed on the floating platform. The heating device, which is an application of direct current driving, comprises a control base assembly located under a horizontal plane and a heater disposed on the control base assembly. The oxygenation device comprises an aeration assembly disposed on the floating platform and several stone pipes connectively engaged to the aeration assembly. The stone pipes, which are arranged in advance to extend downwardly relatively to the horizontal plane at a predetermined length, are respectively deployed with several bubble pores. Thus, the air produced by the aeration assembly of the oxygenation device can be guided by each the stone pipe under the water and then flow out to the water through the bubble pores of the stone pipes. The moving device comprises at least one water wheel assembly pivoted on the floating platform and a driving assembly utilized to drive the wheel assembly for rotation so as to move the floating platform. The power source device is coupled with the control base assembly of the heating assembly, the aeration assembly of the oxygenation device and the driving assembly of the moving device, respectively, for supplying the direct current power connected therewith. Accordingly, with the floating design of the floating platform and the configuration of disposing the heating device and the oxygenation device on the floating platform, the disclosed has dual effects of increasing the temperature and the oxygen content of the water pond and be arbitrarily moved on the water pond. Furthermore, the disclosed has a preferred oxygenation effect due to the oxygenation device being able to be placed deep into the wa
