The present invention relates to a foot care device using LED lights, which effectively irradiates RED, UV and IR LED lights to feet of a user to prevent trichophyton and improve blood circulation. The foot care device comprises: a lower frame which has a first LED light source unit comprising RED LEDs in a rear surface thereof, a second LED light source unit comprising UV LEDs in a side boundary and a third LED light source unit comprising IR LEDs, and contains a support leg in a lower surface thereof； a middle frame which is mounted to be overlapped with an upper part of the lower frame, has a plurality of first penetration holes on the bottom surface to have light of the first LED light source unit penetrate therethrough and contains a plurality of second penetration holes along the side boundary to have light of the second and third LED light source units penetrate therethrough； and an upper frame which is mounted on an upper part of the middle frame and has a plurality of third penetration holes in a rear surface thereof to have light of the first LED light source unit penetrate therethrough.본 발명은 저면에 RED LED들로 이루어진 제1 LED 광원부을 구비하고, 측면 테두리에 UV LED들로 이루어진 제2 LED 광원부와 IR LED들로 이루어진 제3 LED 광원부를 구비하고, 하면에 받침 다리가 구비된 하부 프레임； 상기 하부 프레임의 상부에 겹쳐지도록 안착되고, 상기 제1 LED 광원부의 광이 통과하도록 저면에 복수의 제1 투과공들을 구비하고, 상기 제2 LED 광원부와 제3 LED 광원부의 광이 통과하도록 측면 테두리를 따라 복수의 제2 투과공들을 구비한 중간 프레임； 및 상기 중간 프레임의 상부에 안착되고, 상기 제1 LED 광원부의 광이 통과하도록 저면에 복수의 제3 투과공들을 구비한 상부 프레임을 포함하여, RED, UV, IR LED 광원을 사용자의 발에 효과적으로 조사하여 백선균을 예방하고 혈액 순환을 개선할 수 있는 LED 광을 이용한 발 관리 기기에 관한 것이다.
