A wing turning mechanism comprising: a frame (1) and a side wing (8) connected by means of a joint to the frame (1) and turnable in relation to the frame (1) around a vertical axis (5) and a first actuator (3) articulated to the frame (1) or to a frame turning member (10) articulated to the frame, its working stroke causing the turning of the side wing (8) in relation to said vertical shaft (5). The wing turning mechanism also comprises: a second actuator (6) articulated to the side wing (8) and coupled in series with the first actuator (3), its working stroke also causing the turning of the side wing (8) in relation to said vertical axis (5), and a transmission arm (4) turnable by means of an articulation, to transfer forces and to connect the first and the second actuators (3, 6) to each other, to which said transmission arm (4) is articulated. The wing turning mechanism is applied, for example, in a plough.
