The position of a first link (311)-seat (200) connection point, at which the first link (311) is connected to the seat (200), is higher than that of a second link (312)-seat (200) connection point at which the second link (312) is connected to the seat (200) by a first distance (L1). The first link (311)-seat (200) connection point and the second link (312)-seat (200) connection point are formed on a seatback (211) of the seat (200). Therefore, the seat (200) is lifted and lowered, from the ground in the front side of the driving part (100) to the maximum vertical height of the upper surface of a main body frame of the drive part (100), in a predetermined trajectory while remaining parallel to the ground in response to the operation of the first actuator (313).
