PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managed implement capable of easily: performing a loading carriage or an unloading carriage of a plurality of arch-shaped posts for crop cultivation and improving the workability of a house construction in a nourishment nature cultivation of vegetables and flowers thereby to lighten the fatigue of a worker.SOLUTION: A fitting frame 3 is vertically movably connected to a running airframe 1 by a connection mechanism 2, and is equipped with a carriage 9. On this carriage, there is removably mounted a loading frame body 17 capable of arch-shaped loading posts W, W and so on for crop cultivation.
