PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device capable of supplying a fluid with a little resistance.

SOLUTION: The insertion device 40 comprises a tubular member 42 into which an insertion part of an endoscope is movably inserted, a fluid transfer channel 48 extending from a base end part to a tip end part of the tubular member 42 to transfer the fluid, a gas transfer channel 54 extending from the base end part to the tip end part of the tubular member 42 to transfer gas, a fluid cap 46 protrudingly mounted on the base end part of the tubular member 42 so as to be a base end part of the fluid transfer channel 48 and connected to a fluid transfer system so that a longitudinal direction P toward the base end side of the tubular member 42 and a protruding direction R could form a first gradient angle &theta1, and a gas cap 52 protrudingly mounted on the base end part of the tubular member 42 so as to be a base end part of the gas transfer channel 54 and connected to a gas transfer system so that a longitudinal direction P toward the base end side of the tubular member 42 and a protruding direction T could form a second gradient angle &theta2. The second gradient angle &theta2is less than the first gradient angle &theta1.
