The present invention relates to a microneedle roller which supplies drugs through a plurality of fine needle holes formed on a skin to treat or care the skin, and more specifically, to a microneedle roller having a feeding device of skin drugs, which has a rectangular or hexagonal roller body, having a plurality of microneedles installed therein. When the roller body scrubs the surface of the skin, the microneedle roller of the present invention allows needle heads provided in the roller body to vertically come into contact with the skin surface to punch, thereby minimizing pains generated when fine holes are formed on the skin.
