Disclosed is a soft tube detaining infusion apparatus with combined and connected tube-needle, comprising a puncture outfit (1), a connecting pipe (2) and a back-end component. The puncture outfit (1) is a sleeved puncture outfit, comprising a soft tube (13), a soft tube base (15), a sealing element (14), a puncture needle tube (11), a needle base (12) and an operating handle (17). The soft tube (13) becomes soft in blood vessels due to the effect of body temperature, therefore, the limbs of patients can move flexibly after the tube is installed, meanwhile the end part of the softened soft tube (13) ensures comfortable infusion treatment for the patient. After infusion, the needle is drawn back into the front end of the soft tube base (15) after the detained soft tube (13) is pulled out, which is very convenient and safe for the following treatment of medical waste. The infusion apparatus can be used for direct infusion, which makes infusion faster and easier. The infusion apparatus combines a puncture needle tube and an infusion needle tube of the prior art into one piece, which simplifies the structure.
