The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an active ingredient entecavir and a dietary-effect remover. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention exhibits a stable in vivo behavior regardless of food intake, by minimizing the effect of dietary intake upon administration of entecavir, that is, the decrease in bioavailability upon taking with a meal. Therefore, the present invention can maximize the bioavailability of entecavir regardless of food consumption, and shows the effect of improving the compliance of the chronic hepatitis B patients taking entecavir, thereby improving the therapeutic effect.본 발명은 활성성분인 엔테카비어와 식이효과 제거제를 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 약학적 조성물은 엔테카비어 복용시 나타나는 식이영향, 즉 식사와 함께 복용시 발생하는 생체이용률 감소를 최소화함으로써, 음식물 섭취와 관계없이 안정적인 생체내 거동을 나타낸다. 그러므로 본 발명은 음식물 섭취와 관계없이 엔테카비어의 생체이용률을 극대화시킬 수 있으며, 엔테카비어를 복용하는 만성 B형 간염환자의 복약 순응도 향상 효과를 나타내고, 이를 통하여 치료효과의 향상을 기대 할 수 있다.
