The food seasoning comprises a mixture of at least the following components: rectified concentrated grape must, concentrated pear juice, at least one of wine vinegar, pear vinegar and apple vinegar in the following concentrations of weight, evaluated against the total weight of the mixture: - rectified concentrated grape must 25% ÷ 40%; - concentrated pear juice 30% ÷ 45%; and - at least one of wine vinegar, pear vinegar and apple vinegar 20% ÷ 50%.
