PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction apparatus where blocking can be released without a change in the conventional shape of a suction part.SOLUTION: The suction apparatus comprises: a suction part a negative pressure generating apparatus a valve which has an exit connected to the negative pressure generating apparatus a controller for giving an instruction to the valve and a flow rate measurement apparatus which has an entrance connected to the suction part and an exit connected to the entrance of the valve and connects a flow rate signal to the controller.
