The present invention relates to a face mask (also called full face) forrespiratory therapy, in particular for non-invasivemechanical ventilation, with a low value of CO2 rebreathing. The maskaccording to the invention is of the type comprising a shapedshell (11) configured so as to cover at least the mouth, the nose and the eyesof a patient when the mask is worn, and is characterisedin that it comprises, on said shaped shell (11) an inlet fitting (17) for theconnection to a pipe through which a ventilation apparatussupplies the mask with a mixture of air and oxygen, and an outlet fitting(15), separate from said inlet fitting (17), for the discharge ofair exhaled by the patient. With this arrangement, the mask according to theinvention allows drastically reducing the phenomenon ofcarbon dioxide rebreathing, very harmful for the patient subjected toventilation.
