PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which does not require addition of surfactants as different components in a manufacturing method, for a combination vaccine containing a non-ionic surfactant.SOLUTION: When preparing HBsAg for use in a combination vaccine, it is known to add a non-ionic surfactant after the HBsAg has been purified. Adding surfactants after purification of HBsAg is not optimal, however, as it requires a separate processing step during manufacture. Thus the invention uses surfactants during HBsAg purification.【課題】非イオン性界面活性剤を含有する組み合わせワクチン用に、製造方法において界面活性剤を別の成分として添加する必要がない方法を提供する。【解決手段】組み合わせワクチンにおいて使用するためのＨＢｓＡｇを調製する際に、ＨＢｓＡｇを精製した後に非イオン性界面活性剤を添加することは知られている。しかし、ＨＢｓＡｇの精製後に界面活性剤を添加することは最適ではない。それは、製造中に別の処理ステップを必要とするからである。したがって本発明は、ＨＢｓＡｇの精製中に界面活性剤を使用する。【選択図】図３
