PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement technology improving reliability of Doppler information in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, reception signals are acquired along ultrasonic beams while cyclically moving the ultrasonic beams passing through a measurement region in the measurement region. A sampling processing part 20 utilizes a plurality of sampling sets whose time phases are shifted with each other and subjects the reception signals to sampling processing in each of the sampling sets over a plurality of time phases so as to acquire reception data arrays in each of the sampling sets.
