This invention relates to a Brassica plant having low glucosinolate and erucic acid contents, the genome of which includes a DNA fragment containing the Rf gene for restoring male fertility for Ogura cytoplasmic male-sterility, and the genome of which does not have the radish allele of the E33M47 marker defined by the pair of nucleotide primers consisting of the sequence SEQ ID No. 1 and/or at least one sequence comprising at least 12 consecutive nucleotides of the sequence SEQ ID No. 1, as well as of the sequence SEQ ID No. 2 and/or at least one sequence comprising at least 12 consecutive nucleotides of the sequence SEQ ID No. 2. The invention relates to a hybrid plant obtained by crossbreeding a plant described herein as the male parent and another plant, Brassica Ogura CMS, as the female parent, as well to the method for producing such a plant. The invention also relates to the seeds and offspring of all the above-mentioned plants, as well as to the use of the above-mentioned plants for use in food, preferably in the production of oil and/or in the production of oil-cakes.
