PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system, if a power plug of a nurse call receiver for receiving a call signal from a radio call button comes off from a receptacle, causing a nurse call master machine to recognize it.SOLUTION: A nurse call slave machine 7 includes: a radio call button 1 a nurse call receiver 2 for receiving a call signal of the radio call button 1 and a plate slave machine 3 for transmitting the call signal that is received through connection with the nurse call receiver 2, to a nurse call master machine 5 via a wire. The nurse call receiver 2 has a power plug 23a for connecting to a power receptacle, and uses a commercial power supply as the power supply. The nurse call receiver further includes a receiver CPU 26 for detecting interruption of the commercial power supply, and a terminal resistance change circuit 25 for notifying the plate slave machine 3 of the power interruption.
