PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retraction device including a sheath which traverses from outside the body to an abdominal cavity inside the body to release an incision in a body wall.SOLUTION: The retraction device may include an expandable and adjustable frame for supporting a sheath. The frame, together with the sheath, opens an incision. The retraction device may include an inner ring and an outer ring coupled to the respective ends of the sheath.
