A measurement device and a measurement method thereof for image-type pulse wave transduction velocity are provided. The measurement device includes at least two light-emitting units that are utilized to radiate different tissues, at least two optical transmission units that are utilized to respectively receive and transmit optical signals reflected from the different tissues, an image sensing unit that is utilized to convert the optical signal reflected from the tissues into an image signal, a length measurement unit that is utilized to measure a distance of between the tissues, and an image analysis unit that is utilized to analyze the image signal to obtain photoplethysmograph signals of the different tissues. Physiological parameters that include a perfusion index, a respiration rate, a pulse rate, a vascular sclerosis index and a reflection index of the different tissues can be calculated by the image analysis unit in accordance with the photoplethysmograph signals of the different tissues.
