PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable light pen type dispensing device restraining a temperature without using a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A portable light pen type dispensing device 1 includes: housings 11 and 12 an electronic module that is provided in the housings and has a light source illuminating a skin for treating dermatosis and promoting regeneration of the skin and a battery for supplying the electronic module with electric power. The light source has one or more LEDs.
