PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device and a communication management system for quickly notifying a user that transmission of information from a medical instrument has failed.SOLUTION: The communication management device 10 is provided with: an instrument information acquisition part 18 for acquiring information of a medical instrument a transmission part 11 for transmitting instrument information acquired by the instrument information acquisition part a transmission state determination part 19 for determining whether the transmission state of the instrument information executed by the transmission part is proper or not and a warning information notification part 20 for notifying a user of warning information.
