PURPOSE: To provide an array-shaped sound collection sensor device that is preferably used in a shunt stenosis diagnosis support system capable of discriminating various types of shunt stenotic sounds from each other and improving accuracy of analysis and determination.CONSTITUTION: An array-shaped sound collection sensor device 20 including a microphone 23 arranged in each of many cavities 22 dug on a sheet-shaped soft support body 21 is fixed on a front arm of a subject, obtains shunt sounds from a plurality of positions, and extracts sounds corresponding to one beat. On data on a plurality of beats of a subject sample and an index sample including various types of shunt stenotic sounds that are previously prepared, analysis using a STMEM method is performed to create recursive subdivision SOM before performing determination. On the other hand, determination by learning using a MFCC method and HMM is performed. As necessary, integrated determination is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
