PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flour pastes in which despite inclusion of a slight cacao content, chocolate flavor (earlier taste) sensed while a flour paste is included in a mouth is strong, moreover chocolate flavor (later taste) which remains after deglutition of the flour paste is also sensed strong.SOLUTION: The flour pastes include 1-15 mass% of cacao content and milk serum mineral, wherein the mass ratio of the cacao content and a solid content of the milk serum mineral is 1:0.001 to 1:0.5. The flour pastes preferably include 0.001-5 mass% of the milk serum mineral as a solid content.
