The body portion has an inner side on which a pump is provided and on which a pressure generation pipe protrudes. A pump is provided in the body portion, and a pressure generation pipe is protruded in the body portion. The operation handle is installed so as to be carried through a carrying hole (107) that is provided in the body portion when being connected to the body portion by a hinge with protruding at the side surface of the body portion, and has a thread.
