A support part(300) is installed on the position facing the object lens of the optical system to locate the eye of an object. A monitor(210) displays a photographed image by a camera. A user moves an optometer body in the x-y direction using a handle part(220). The optometer body is installed on a base(100). The support part is combined with the base. The support part supports the face of the object.
