PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic electrode and a wiring sheet capable of holding high conductivity even when stretched and a biological information measurement interface where the elastic electrode and the wiring sheet are laminated.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a biological information measurement interface includes: a step in which to form a cover coat layer including stretchable resin in a release sheet； a step in which to perform screen printing of an elastic carbon paste onto the release sheet, and dries and hardens it to form a carbon paste layer； a step in which to print conductive paste containing an elastic conductive composition onto the carbon paste layer and to dry and harden it to form an elastic conductive layer； a step in which to perform screen printing of hot melt urethane resin onto the elastic conductive layer and to dry, to harden it to form a hot melt urethane resin layer and to obtain printed matter； and a step in which to adhere the printed matter to clothes.SELECTED DRAWING: None
