Disclosed is a method of preparing an antibody containing milk or egg product comprising vaccinating a nonhuman mammal or a bird with a molecule from a surface of a mammalian cell such that an antibody containing milk or egg product is produced, said molecule selected from the group consisting of EphB1, EphB2, EphB4, EfnA1 and EfnB2. Also disclosed is the use of said antibody containing milk or egg product in the manufacture of a medicament for preventing and/or treating Barrett's oesophagus, oesophageal cancer and colorectal polyps.
