Disclosed are a CT imaging apparatus and a denture manufacturing method using the same which organically couple a CT imaging technique to a denture manufacturing process for an edentulous patient to reduce the number of dentist visits of the edentulous patient when manufacturing a full denture. According to the present invention, the CT imaging apparatus comprises: an impression tray holder fixed with respect to a support frame during CT imaging； and an impression tray having a coupling handle unit coupled and fixed to the impression tray holder in front of an impression material accommodation unit inserted into the mouth of a patient while an impression material is coated. According to the present invention, the denture manufacturing method comprises: a step of taking a CT image while a patient holds the impression tray in the mouth while taking an impression； and a step of taking a CT image of an impression body on which a gum impression of the patient is taken.무치악 환자에 대한 틀니 제작 과정에 CT 영상 촬영 기술을 유기적으로 결합하여, 완전틀니 제작시 무치악 환자의 치과 내원 횟수를 줄일 수 있도록 하는 CT 영상 촬영 장치 및 이를 포함하는 틀니 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 CT 영상 촬영 장치는, CT 영상 촬영시 지지 프레임에 대하여 고정되는 인상 트레이 홀더； 및, 인상재가 도포된 상태로 환자의 구강 내에 투입되는 인상재 수용부의 전방에 상기 인상 트레이 홀더에 체결되어 고정되는 체결 손잡이부를 갖는 인상 트레이； 를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 틀니 제조 방법은, 인상 채득 중에 환자가 상기 인상 트레이를 입에 문 채로 CT 영상을 촬영하는 단계와 환자의 잇몸 인상이 채득된 인상체의 CT 영상을 촬영하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
