The present invention relates to a method of disposing butchery by-products, and more specifically, to a method of hydrolyzing hog bristles and toenails, and mixing and processing resultant materials with waste water generated from a slaughterhouse. The method of disposing butchery by-products comprises the steps of: mixing water with butchery by-products such as hog bristles and toenails, and injecting alkalizer and oxidizer into the mixture； and processing the mixture at a waste disposal plant by hydrolyzing the mixture, thereby simplifying a process and reducing process costs.본 발명은 도축 부산물의 처리방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 돈모와 돼지 발톱을 가수분해하여 도축장에서 발생하는 폐수와 혼합 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 돈모와 돼지 발톱 등의 도축 부산물에 물을 가한 다음 알칼리와 산화제를 투입하는 단계와 상기 혼합물을 가수분해하여 폐수처리장에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도축 부산물의 처리방법에 관한 것으로서 공정이 간단하고 처리 비용이 저렴하다.
