The present invention relates to: a novel pyrazine derivative that is represented by formula (I) and is useful as a therapeutic agent or preventive agent for diseases involving URAT1, such as gout, hyperuricemia, hypertension, kidney diseases such as interstitial nephritis, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, or Lesch-Nyhan syndrome or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said derivative or a solvate of said derivative or salt.
