When the value of the measured temperature is larger than the maximum value of a temperature ruler on the capillary tube, the vegetable oil enters the anti-explosion cavity, and can prevent the capillary tube from explosion. The thermometer capable of being applicable to the milk bottle can be used in the milk bottle, and is non-toxic and innoxious, especially when the thermometer capable of being applicable to the milk bottle is cooked to be disinfected, the vegetable oil expands due to the higher temperature, and enters the anti-explosion cavity, explosion of the capillary tube is avoided, and due to the fact that the cross section of the anti-explosion cavity is larger, the phenomenon that the thermometer cannot be used in the milk bottle due to the fact that the length of the thermometer is overly large cannot occur. The milk brewing assembly comprises the thermometer capable of being applicable to the milk bottle, and when the thermometer capable of being applicable to the milk bottle is used for measuring the water temperature or the milk temperature, usage of the milk brewing assembly cannot be influenced, and convenience is provided.
