PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection device or an image inspection system which facilitate and accelerate notification of a medical image with a problem from an engineer who specializes in image inspection to an engineer who specializes in photographing, and thereby enhancing the image inspection performed by the engineer who specializes in the image inspection.SOLUTION: The image inspection device 3 determines whether or not there is a problem in a medical image d2 by checking consistency between order information d1 and the medical image d2 picked up based on the order information d1 and checking whether or not the image quality of the medical image d2 is within an allowable range in diagnosis.
