The device comprises a rotatable hoe mounted on the frame, a drive hydraulic cylinder, a crane hydraulic distribution valve. The cavities of the crane hydraulic distribution valve, which are connected to the pressure (13) and drain (14) hydraulic pipes are arranged below the two other cavities (21, 22) communicated with the hydraulic cylinder. In the hydraulic pipes (13, 14) the conically shaped recesses are made. The spool (12) of the hydraulic distribution valve is rigidly connected to two-armed probe and has jumpers (17, 18) of conical shape. The jumpers (17, 18) form large (l, l) and small (l, l?) clearances symmetrical relative to the axis of symmetry. The clearances are turned in a horizontal plane. The sides of the jumpers (17, 18) through the sides limited by oblique skew lines (ab and cd), extending from their tops and bottoms, form the cavities of the trapezoidal shape. The area of these cavities is equal to 2/3 of the area of pressure (13) hydraulic pipes. The cavities of trapezoidal shape enable to obtain a lateral cavity of rectangular cross section of the same area (2/3 of the pressure hydraulic pipes).
