This invention is related to a novel nanoaggregate and a manufacturing method thereof. The novel nanoaggregate comprises at least one of pyridoxine B6 [V(PD)] and D-α tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS) and must comprise V(PD). The manufacturing method comprises the steps of dissolving the V(PD) or the V(PD)/TPGS in an ethanol solution and mixing uniformly to form a mixed-solution injecting the mixed-solution into hot water, and homogenizing and cooling the mixed-solution to form the novel nanoaggregate.
