The present invention relates to an oral soft capsule formulation composed of (1) a filling material including dutasteride； and (2) a soft capsule film including succinylated gelatin, a plasticizer, and a cross-linking inhibitor. The soft capsule formulation according to the present invention can maintain the drug release stability, the disintegrating time of the formulation, and the degree of sealing regardless of storage and packaging conditions, and thus can be useful for the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy, prostate cancer, and male pattern alopecia.본 발명은 (1) 두타스테라이드를 포함하는 충진 내용물； 및 (2) 호박산 젤라틴(succinylated gelatin), 가소제 및 가교형성 억제제를 포함하는 연질 캡슐 피막으로 구성되는, 경구용 연질 캡슐 제형에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 연질 캡슐 제제는 보관과 포장 조건에 관계없이 약물의 용출안정성, 제형의 붕해 시간 및 봉합도를 유지할 수 있는 바, 양성 전립선 비대증, 전립선암 및 남성형 탈모증을 치료하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
