PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system where it is not necessary to know the exact position of the nerve BVN of a vertebral body, it is not necessary to arrange an electrode near a part of the BVN accurately, and a doctor can heat the BVN for treatment.SOLUTION: A system includes (a) a working electrode 603 and a first probe 601 equipped with a first lead, (b) a return electrode 613 and a second probe 611 equipped with a second lead, (c) a means for forming a first bore and a second bore for holding the first probe and the second probe in bone, (d) a third lead which is connected to the first lead electrically and a fourth lead which is connected to the second lead electrically.
