PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in conventional liftable parallel bars in which wire is used in a mechanism part where safety has to be considered, therefore the assembly work has to be performed while fully paying attention to a quality of the wire and a state of the wire in the equipment assembly, and it is troublesome and is not economical at all, and also a balance may collapse due to an initial stretch of the wire to thereby have a risk to generate a labor of a caregiver, accordingly it is hard to decide a situation until the wire is disconnected to thereby leave the risk to patients safety.SOLUTION: Liftable parallel bars are provided with: a structure in which an inner cylinder mounted in a lower part of a horizontal rod vertically moves up and down with respect to an outer cylinder a structure in which the inner cylinder and outer cylinder of one strut of a pair of struts are connected by using a gas spring with a lock and a lifting mechanism in which one end of a roller chain is fixed to the outer cylinder of one strut, a roller chain is inserted in the inside of the horizontal rod and is hung to a sprocket provided in the lower part of the inner cylinder of the other strut, and the other end of the roller chain in fixed in the upper part of the outer cylinder of the other strut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】昇降式平行棒において、安全を考慮しなければならない機構部にワイヤーを使用しているため、ワイヤーの品質や機器組立におけるワイヤーの様子に十分注意しながら組立作業をしなければならず非常に手間であり経済的ではなく、ワイヤーの初期伸びによりバランスが崩れる可能性があるため、介助者の手間を発生させるリスクを有し、ワイヤーの断線するまで状況が判断し難く、患者の安全に対するリスクも残す。【解決手段】昇降式平行棒において、水平棒の下部に取り付けた内筒が外筒に対し上下に昇降する構造と、一対の支柱の一方の支柱の内筒と外筒をロック付きガススプリングを用いて連結する構造と、一方の支柱の外筒にローラチェーンの一端を固定し、水平棒の内部にローラチェーンを挿通させて他方の支柱の内筒の下部に設けたスプロケットに掛け、ローラチェーンの他端を他方の支柱の外筒の上部に固定した昇降機構を設ける。【選択図】図1
