PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power tool which has good operability and includes a manual rotation mechanism which does not interfere with replacement of a tool.SOLUTION: The electric power tool 10 includes a motor 31 which serves as a driving source for a tool 21, a housing 11a which houses the motor 31, and a tool 21 which is attached to project from the housing 11a, a motor shaft 32 of the motor 31 arranged to face a longitudinal direction.
