PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater efficiently heating a plurality of types of objects to be heated, by a single heater.SOLUTION: A heater 10 energizes and heats fluid foods and drinks as objects to be heated while continuously transporting them in a flow passage. The heater 10 includes a plurality of heating units 11-14 provided with a pair of electrodes 23a and 23b in a tubular member 22, wherein an electric power is supplied from a power source unit 27 to each of the pair of electrode pair.
