PURPOSE: A pen-type light treatment apparatus is provided to convert from a laser beam with wide divergence angle which emits in eclipse shape to a form with a specific divergence angle and circular divergence shape and radiate laser light with maintaining same quantity of light. CONSTITUTION: A pen-type light treatment apparatus comprises: a light-emitting area(100) which includes a laser diode and emitting the laser light； a distance measuring part(200) which is formed in one side of the light-emitting area and measures distance to the laser irradiation object； and an optical divergence portion(300) which is included in end part of the lighting-emitting area and emits the laser light applied from the lighting-emitting area. The laser light radiates a fixed quantity of light even if illumination area varies according to distance of the laser light to the irradiation position. A wavelength of the laser diode is 830nm and has a power range bigger than 1W.본 발명은 펜 형태의 광 치료기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 레이저 빔을 발산시키는 광학발산부 및 거리측정부를 광 치료기 본체에 구비하여 휴대가 간편하면서도, 비자발적 운동으로 인한 피해없이 넓은 조사범위에 일정한 광량을 유지하여 레이저광을 조사할 수 있는 광 치료기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 상기 목적은 레이저 다이오드를 구동하여 레이저를 조사하는 광 치료기에 있어서, 상기 레이저 다이오드를 구비하여 레이저광을 발진하는 발광부, 상기 발광부의 일측에 형성되어, 상기 레이저 조사대상의 조사위치까지의 거리를 측정하는 거리측정부 및 상기 발광부의 단부에 구비되며, 상기 발광부로부터 인가된 레이저광을 발산하는 광학발산부를 포함하며, 상기 레이저광이 상기 조사위치까지의 거리에 따라 조사면적이 가변하여도 일정한 광량을 유지하며 조사되는 펜 형태의 광 치료기에 의해 달성된다.
