PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a semiconductor substrate having a plurality of photo diodes formed is mounted on a rigid printed board and in which output signals of the photo diodes can be easily drawn outside.SOLUTION: A structure is provided, in which a semiconductor substrate 12 is mounted on a rigid printed board 11, a scintillator is mounted on the semiconductor substrate 12, and a flexible board 22 is arranged under the rigid printed board 11. On the semiconductor substrate 12, a plurality of photo diodes which are arranged in a two-dimensional direction and a plurality of semiconductor substrate side bonding pads which is connected to the photo diodes by wiring are formed. The plurality of semiconductor substrate side bonding pads are respectively connected with a plurality of printed board side bonding pads by bonding wires 13.
