Device for treating inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa contains a working part, which is made of dental impression material and is made in the form of a mold on one side of which the impression of a patients teeth is modeled, and on the other – a depression. Height of the impression corresponds to the distance from the transitional fold of the upper teeth to the transitional fold of the patients lower teeth, the front boundary of the impression is the projection of the angle of the mouth (canine) posterior border – distal surface of 8 or 7 molars. Inner and outer edges of the impression are streamlined. In cavity of impression, put a cotton disc or gauze napkin of round shape, impregnated with herbal tea, or with a paste of ointment or gel. Then mold is placed on the cheek of the patient, while the groove with the medicine is located opposite the focus of the lesion of the mucosa.
