The present invention provides a surgery auxiliary device, which comprises an expansion ring membrane made of elastic material and having an inner circumferential surface defining a channel, an outer ring winding member, and a lighting unit. The outer ring winding member is connected to a ring edge of the expansion ring membrane for winding up the expansion ring membrane. The lighting unit is connected to another ring edge of the expansion ring membrane, and has a light emitting ring, and a heat dissipation ring contacting the light emitting ring. More specifically, the expansion ring membrane may expand an incision in a circular shape by applying a force that is homogenous through 360 degrees to prevent causing pulling damage to the incision. Furthermore, the light unit may provide in vivo illumination effect for a large area to help clearly observing the in vivo focus condition.
