PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal instrument which enables waste to be easily disposed of by one instrument before and after the waste falls onto the ground, and which enables the waste to be sanitarily disposed of without coming into contact with a persons hand and the instrument.SOLUTION: A waste disposal instrument 2 is made and assembled from a rigid and lightweight member that is integrated like a frame configured by hollowing the bulk of a central part of an instrument body. The waste disposal instrument 2 is attached to the inside of a plastic bag 3. The plastic bag is sunken in by the weight of the waste taken thereinto. After recovery, the waste disposal instrument 2 is folded, and the plastic bag is turned upside down.
