In the present invention, disclosed is a safety needle assembly for a catheter which can prevent accidental punctures by the exposed needle extracted from a catheter that leads to secondary transmission. Specifically, the safety needle assembly of the present invention comprises: a first body unit which has an incoming hole formed in the front end thereof, and a fixing slit and a moving slit formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof a second body unit which is formed in the shape of a tube, and is joined to the first body unit on the straight line a needle body unit which includes a needle adapted to enter and exit the incoming hole of the first body unit, and is mounted inside the first body unit while one end of an elastic member is mounted inside the first body unit and the other end of the elastic member is supported by a part of the first body unit and a fixing member which is mounted in a front end of the needle body unit, and includes a fixing post protruded upwardly, wherein the fixing member immobilizes the needle while exposed to the outside when the fixing post is located in the fixing slit, while the needle body unit has the elastic member contracted, and the fixing member is introduced into a second body unit by an elastic force of the elastic member when the fixing post escapes from the fixing slit and is located on the same line with respect to the moving slit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 카테터 삽입후 니들의 제거시 노출된 니들에 찔려 2차 감염으로 이어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 카테터를 위한 안전 니들조립체를 개시한다. 본 발명은 선단에 인입공이 형성되고 외주면에 고정 슬릿과 이동 슬릿이 형성된 제1 몸체부 상기 제1 몸체부와 일직선상에서 결합되는 튜브 형상의 제2 몸체부 상기 제1 몸체부의 인입공으로 출몰하는 니들이 장착되고 탄성부재의 일단이 상기 제1 몸체부의 내부에 장착되고, 상기 탄성부재의 타단이 일부에 지지된 상태로 상기 제1 몸체부의 내부에 장착된 니들 몸체부 및 상기 니들 몸체부의 선단에 장착되고 상부로 돌출형성된 고정 포스트가 구비되어 상기 고정 포스트가 상기 고정 슬릿에 위치되는 경우에는 상기 니들 몸체부가 상기 탄성부재를 수축한 상태로 상기 니들이 외부로 노출된 상태로 고정시키고, 상기 고정 포스트가 상기 고정 슬릿에서 벗어나 상기 이동 슬릿 선상에 위치하면 상기 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의해 상기 제2 몸체부의 내부로 인입되는 고정부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.
